Hi,

Try this:

1-         Stop Data Protector services (omnisv -stop)

2-         Cut the folder tmp to another location which is located in C:\Program Files\OmniBack (or \programData\omniback)

3-         Create an empty directory in C:\Program Files\OmniBack with the same name: tmp

4-         Start Data Protector services (omnisv -start)

now try to open GUI!!

if work

try to run :

omnidbcheck -extendend

and post output.

regards.
