I would like for you to check the Destination tab of your backup, get properties for your B6200 device, and see what the Concurrency is set to. For any Backup to Disk, B6200 or not, , this should be set to '1'. If it is set higher, the data is interleaved, and I can see where it would slow down the Restore part of Consolidation
Also, it is implied that this is a normal incremental backup, please be sure that the Enhanced Incremental box is checked
(Options -> Files System Options -> Advanced -> Other tab)
