at the moment it is not possible to exclude a single day. When looking in the traditional scheduler it was possible, no question about it. But with the new scheduler and the internal (Quartz) cron format it is not possible to exclude a single day. I'm not sure if this would be possible in the future, but hard to code (search at google for "cron exclude one day" to see what I mean). You maybe should search for workarounds meanwhile.
