Hope i got your question right... well that is a know limitation. dp gui only list 64000 objects. so if you open a folder with more than those 64000 objects, you will receive this message. this limitation was alreaday there in earlier dp versions. you can also find this limitation in the product specs.
you could now try to do the restore over a search if you know the filename...
