for creating the eadr iso image file, you need the corresponding WAIK/ADK version. You could have a look at the disaster recovery support matrix. If you want to do EADR for Windows Server 2008, you need WAIK for VISTA/2008. If you want to do EADR for Server 2008 R2, you need WAIK for Windows 7. EADR for 2012 you need Windows Kits for Windows 8...

you can install them on your cell server or on the server or client on which you have the DP Gui installed. Important you need to install it on the system you open the gui and running eadr wizard
