I am not going to be able to give you any information on Powerpath, that is not my area of expertise. However, if it is possible to turn this off temporarily, it may give you a cluse as to it perhaps causing a problem
Similiarly, I know that Persistent BInding can be enabled, but, I don't know how it is done

One more observation is we can see that all clients are configured in hp msl g3 ROBOTICS properties.
Is it necessary to configure all clients ?
Or it must contain only one CM entry in it ?
You can configure as many systems as you want to control the robotics, and using the Data Protector MultiPath functionality
Having said that, I don't think that it is a good idea, and I am kind of old-school about this. My thought is that you just configure the robotics on a single system, if that system happens tgo go down, then it is easy enough to re-configure
The drives are a different matter, since backup up over the LAN instead of locally (or over teh SAN) will adversely affect your backup performance
