Please confirm what version of the Cell Server patch that you have. From the MS-DOS prompt on the Cell Manager
cd \Program Files\Omniback\bin
bsm -ver
According to lab case notes, this is an identified problem, and was fixed with DPWIN_00664 ('bsm -ver' should return Build version 409)
Now, I looked at the patch description for this patch, and did not see anything that discussed this problem, so, if you are on the correct patch build, then you will need to open a case, and refer to QCCR2A36678, which is supposed to have fixed this problem
