Thanks for all support in resolving this issue. As per support with HP L3 fixes have been provided 'QCCR2A43572_SM_TM1' & 'QCCR2A43572_TM1' in which binaries for bsm, bma & mma are given.

After applying these binaries and editing omnirc files with OB2GENCATSEQNO=1 able to import all the NDMP backup tape.

Once again everyone for their support in resolving this siisue.
