Hi,
your fn1.ext table space is completely filled. Add an extension to this part of the IDB. In the GUI, see Internal Database/Usage/Database Tablespace Extensions and watch the context menu of that leaf. You already have an extension on fn3.ext (it's called fn3.ext1), but the part that is crammed now is fn1.ext.
