Yes they did, they sent us the patch for our system/storage admins to apply and it took care of the issues with the oracle 10g databases on unix. We were getting is on 11g on these but since have migrated to linux for these db's but that isnt done yet however all our other 11g db's on linux are doing fine and not hitting this bug. see my previous post for our ticket number if you need to reference it for your case.
