The basic command is
omnidb -session [session_id] [object name] -catalog
The 'object_name' is where it gets tricky. The 'object_name' must be the
backup type filesystem for UNIX, winfs for Windows
hostname
mountpoint
description must use ' marks for UNIX and " marks for Windows
I find it best to get the session ID, run the command
omnidb -session [session_id] -detail Do not include the [ ] marks
Copy and Paste the object name into the command, and change the punctuation if neeeded
For example
omnidb -session 2014/06/18-5 -filesystem mysys.hp.com:/u01 '[/u01 tirectory]' -catalog for UNIX
or
omnidb -session 2014/06/18-7 -winfs mywinsys.hp.com:/C "[C:]" -catalog for Windows
If you want to run the '-detail' report, and ewither edit it to change hostnames, and attach it to the Forum string, or e-mail it to me at
with the session ID and the Mount point you are concerned with, I can write up an example command for you
