The output from 'omnidbutil -info' shows a moderately fragmented database. This is determined by looking at teh Catalog' section of the output, and at teh ratio of REcords Used vs Records Total. We like to see this ratio as close to 100% as possible, certainly no lower than 90%, and you are starting to approach this boundry.
Nothing to get real excited about, but think about doing a 'writedb/readdb' fairly soon, which will clean up the IDB, and, if your reported problem was with the IDB, this may fix it
The output from 'omnidbutil -extendinfo' was also unremarkable, although you need to think about adding Tablespace Extension files to
