thanks for pointing to this collection - specifically given I now know I'm running into c04266486 at one of my customers (a copy job that, after upgrade to 8.12, apparently writes less data than it reads, a situation discovered in monitoring that I was still trying to wrap my head around given there were no obvious errors in the logs). If only patches to such fatal issues would be made available for download at selfsolve without all the support case hoops to jump through[1]...

[1] It's not just inconvenient. Support cases just to acquire SSPs waste hours of work and often introduce days of latency until the patch will finally make it to the customer's installation, something that isn't appropriate in cases like this (potential data loss in progress) and when the fix is known anyway. And with the next customer on a different architecture, the dance repeats. HP, please rethink this mechanism, emergency hotfixes should be available as easily as possible.
