Hey Jeremy,

 

Its at the start of backup that we are facing this issue.   We had also tried barcode scan, but it did not work.  After aborting this backup and starting a fresh one, we could see that it was taking tapes and had got completed successfully.

 

But still need to understand what was the cause of the issue.
