omnidb -session -type restore
will give you a list of restore sessions. What did you actually want to do?
I've never used omnimlist but it needs a medium to be loaded in the device you are using to scan. Possibly not what you had in mind, what are you trying to do here?
It's always worth mentioning what version you are on and what platform.
Which ever version and platform you should always be on the latest patches.
