Usually, I would tell you to turn on debuggng, attampt the restore, and we'll look at teh debugs to see what the problem is
THis won't work here, because you are on an unsupported version of Data Protector (lowest supported version is 6.21). I did look at lab cases, and did not find any that match your symptoms
