Stop Data Protector, make a copy of

   Program Files -> Omniback -> Config -> Server

   Program Files -> Omniback -> db40

You could also do an Internal Database backup onto tape, this will accomplish the same thing

Save a copy of the Installation and licensing Guide onto your desktop or other convenient location.  The Installation and Licensing GUide can be found from the GUI by clicking Help -> Guides

Remove DP from each physical node of the cluster, using "Add/Remove Programs"

On your new cluster, Install DP, using the instructions found in the Installation and Licensing Guide, pp 116-122

Once your new cell is up and running, either do a IDB restore from the Backup media, or stop DP and Copy the saved

  Program Files -> Omniback -> Config -> Server

   Program Files -> Omniback -> db40

to replace the corresponding folders which will now be in

   Program Data -> Omniback

Personally, I think that restore from a IDB backup is the way to go.  Please keep in mind that you have to restorre to a temporary folder forst, stop DP, and move the folders from the backup into place.  You cannot restore directly

Also, keep in mind that, if your IP address on the new physical nodes is different, your licenses will no longer be any good, and you will have to request a new set fo licenses based on the new IP address.  There is a License Move form in

  Program Files -> Omniback -> Docs

on either your original Cell Manager, or on the new one
