Bump. Anyone got anything helpful here?
I have this exact issue. Logs are identical to what has been posted here. A few minor details are different but the issue is identical. I have logged are case with HP ~1 month ago and they have provided no input.
- Running version 8.1. Attempting to patch to version 8.12.
- This server was previously successfully upgraded from version 7.0 to version 8.1
- Windows 2008 R2.
- Server is running as a VMware virtual machine.
- Inet Service running as "local system"
- I have added the appropriate user rights to the service account
This is very urgent and HP support have been quote useless. There is a major issue with version 8.1 which makes it unusable and we NEED to upgrade.
