A StoreEasy is basically a Windows 2012 (or R2, or even W2008, depending on when you got your StoreEasy). It can have all the functions a normal Windows server can have.
So yes, you can have CM + MA + DA + SOS in one server, provided you've sized the server appropriately (memory and CPU).
