Both new CM's have the media agent installed but all backup activity would use the media agent located on the CM that launches the specification is my current understanding. The CM with no backup specifications would be used as the MoM server and the location of the CMMDB. My understanding is that it then would handle licensing, all media loads/unloads/media management, etc.
Any further advice would be welcome.
