Hi,
DP Side:
Add the SQL server user which is the DB admin to DP users list.
(Also u can do any any user in the DP.)
At SQL:
Make sure the DP user have necessary permissions in SQL DB.
If the user is not there, add the user in DB security.
Try the above.
