with the classic schedule your Jobs were also not functional after manually renaming a Barlists, works only after modifying the barschedule as well.
Since the Advanced Scheduler is so advanced to keep its config locked away in the IDB you are not able to modify it via FS anymore. So far the only way available is manually recreating the Schedules after rename.
Maybe there is a hidden "copy schedule" Option to copy a Schedule from one Barlist to another as kind of Template. If there is one I haven't found it yet, if not it would be a great thing for a feature request
