this can be achived if you create separate backup jobs. one for full backup, one for incx backup.
create the full backup job and do the selection for your data you want to protect. schedule it as full. name it for example as "file weekly full"
right click on this full job -> copy as -> name it "file daily inc". then change the settings for your needs, also for the schedule.
then you can do either a scheduled object copy fom job "file weekly full" or an automated post object copy. this way you can make sure you only copy full or inc, depending on the job you select under the object copy tab.
