Getting the restore information from IDB and creating the restore chain failed for database SSGUserMailboxes(7f5a9cb7-f175-42fb-8bd9-3923ce63c8fa
Since the error is saying that it was failing to get the information from the IDB, I would first check the Backup session you are trying to Restore from, to be sure that it is still protected. If you ahve been doing Incremental Exchange backups, I would check all backups back to, and including, the last Full
I checked lab cases for this error and found lots, most were addressed with a patch, but, because you have no SAID, you cannot download any patches. You may want to speak with your Account REp about getting your SAID reactivated
I also found that if your Exchange is using DAG (Database Availability Group ),
In a DAG environment, Data Protector communicates with the DAG using one of the Microsoft
Exchange Server systems (the one that is currently active in the environment). All backup and restore
requests are sent there.
you can add a line to the 'omnirc' file on every machine involved in the DAG
OB2BARHOSTNAME=dag virtual name
For example
OB2BARHOSTNAME=dag1.exch.dag.com
Save the file, stop and restart the DP INET service to make the change take effect
