Thanks for your reply Bob. The SAID is being renewed so back to having this call looked at through HP as well.
The Exchange 2010 server is a standalone server and not part of a DAG. I have also tried restoring from multiple backups.
I am currently sending our database files to support to add to the session reports, debug files, media reports etc HP have asked for.
I don't seem to have a way of getting this mailbox database off tape even as a file let alone trying to do a full restore. I was able to restore an Exchange 2007 server to a recovery database prior to upgrading our Exchange to 2010 earlier this year.
