Exchange backup error (145:575)

Hi!

My Exchange 2010 backups failed with this error :

[145:575]   Le module d'écriture 'Microsoft Exchange Writer' n'a pas pu préparer les fichiers pour la sauvegarde :

The version of Data Protector is 6.2. A quick search on google told me an incompatibility with the 6.11 but i find nothing for the 6.2.

Do you have an idea to resolve this problem?
