Did you un-comment the two lines, and remove the 'space' that follows the # sign
# SmDaIdleTimeout=260
# SmMaIdleTimeout=280
should be
SmDaIdleTimeout=260
SmMaIdleTimeout=280
then save the file, stop and restart DP (no need to reboot)
Also, make sure that the 'global' file has no extension
