The catalog part of the Internal Database is extremely fragmented, probably one of the worst I have seen. I advise that you run a purge of the IDB as soon as you can, and I have attached the procedure
If you get an error during this, we will need to consider other options. I hope that you have been backing up thte IDB regularly onto tape media
