Hi everyone,
I've a tape library and I use HP data protector version 5.5 for backing up my data so now my library is full and I'm trying to free up some space. I've issued these command:
omnidb -session 2013/08/21-10 -strip
omnidb -session 2013/08/21-10 -purge
It ran successfully, however, it did not free up any space on tape library.
Is there anyone knows how to free up space when the backed up data are no longer protected?
