Dataq Protector Express is not supported by the same group that supports Data Protector
I went into what documentation that I could find, and found that there is a DPX 6.0 version, so, that part of the error may be able to be resolved by having your sales person get an up-to-date copy
However, the documentation did not extend to how to obtain the serial number, so I probably won't be able to help with that
