Hello,

i migrate DP from 32-bit to 64-bit like this:

Check if IDB is without errors. Open CMD with Administrator privileges, run omnidbcheck -extended, fix any error.

Stop and Start DP services omnisv -stop/start

write down the IDB with   omnidbutil -writedb [-mmdb Directory] [-cdb Directory]  (could be some GB)

follow the messages in the CMD and copy the necessary files to an external Disk (USB or Fileserver)

Stop all DP Services and copy the whole DP Home Folder to an extra disk.

Install DP on the new 64-bit Server in the same folder as on the old server with the same patchlevel. Same name and IP-Address and same domain.

Be aware on 64-bit system DP installs in two different folders by default (program files and programdata).

Copy all files on the external Disk to a separate folder on the new server.

Open CMD with Administrator privileges  restore the IDB with omnidbutil -readdb [-mmdb Directory] [-cdb Directory]

Check if DP services starts without errors.

Copy back the files (messages/dcbf and so on) from exporting the IDB to their folders.

Copy backup the whole Datalist/barlists and so on. Don't forget the schedule lists. Second way is to copy back the whole OmniBack\Config\Server folder. Stop all DP services, rename the server folder, copy the folder from the old server. Check the user entries in file userlist. Start DP services.

Copy the old omnirc file and the global file to their folders.
