Looking through video, looks like you had some driver crash...

Can you configure network manually (do not use bonding). Before running default recovery, drop to shell, and check network with ifconfig command.

If it shows only lo0, network is down. You can manually set up network needed for recovery with ifconfig command.

When network is up (ping  and nslookup is working), you can type exit, and start recovery procedure.

Anyway, this looks like a defect, so better file a bug report to your support channel.
