`omnidbcheck -extended` - can be run when backups are running, but best run when cell is relatively quiet.
Best to avoid the time of the IDB backup.
if some parts fail, there are 3 text files that can help.

In 
\ProgramData\OmniBack\log\server - Windows
/var/opt/omni/server/log - unix
Check_bf.txt
Check_dc.txt
Check_sibf.txt

 If the check runs OK, no need to look at the files.
