I have a similar error in my DP environment which I resolved. In my case this started to occur after upgrading the cell server from DP9.04 to DP 9.05. I do StoreOnce backups to StoreOnce hardware models 2700/4500/4700. I began to see this on the remotes sites backing up to the 2700 and 4500 models. To resolve I did the following: 1) Identify the affected clients from the session log 2) On cell server go to the clients context, Upgrade the client install to the cell server version by doing a Right Click Upgrade 3) then from the clients context do a Right Click Delete debug files for each client affected 4) then remove the old log files from the installation directory on the client, path similar to "D:\ProgramData\OmniBack\log", I created a sub folder and dragged the "debug.log, debug_d2d.log, inet.log" into the subfolder. 5) rerun the backup from the backup specification. In my case this resolved the issue-possible cause corrupted log files?
