Hi,

I assume you created a password for the web reporting interface from the MOM GUI as instructed in DP online help:

Configuring a Password for Web Reporting

When you install the Data Protector Cell Manager the main system in the cell where the essential Data Protector software is installed and from which all backup and restore activities are managed. The GUI used for management tasks can be located on a different system. Each cell has one Cell Manager system., the Web reporting user (called java) is automatically created. By default, the Web user password is random. You need to change the password before accessing the Data ProtectorWeb reporting
The Data Protector functionality that allows you to view reports on backup, object copy, and object consolidation status and Data Protector configuration using the Web interface.
functionality.

Steps

  1. In the Context List, click Users.

  2. In the Actions menu, click Set Web User Password.

A Set Web User Password dialog box is displayed.

  3. In the Set Web User Password page, proceed as follows:

    1. In the New Password text box, enter the password.

    2. In the Confirm New Password text box, re-enter the new password.

    3. Click OK to save the password information.

I think that not being able to access the MOM data when accessing to the webinterface on one of the standalone cells is indeed an expected behavior.

Regards

Juanjo
