Hi All,

I have an update to this. I found a tutorial somewhere on the internet, I can't remember where, for reinstalling the CM.

In the tutorial, we need to copy out the "db80" and "config" folders in ProgramData\OmniBack\ before uninstalling Data Protector.

Then reinstall Data Protector. After this, copy back the folders to the same location.

I did and now it works well.
