It seems like your IDB crashed when trying to export the database.
Can you try omnidbutil -writedb -cdb <path> and omnidbutil -writedb -mmdb <path> to see if that works?
There is a rds.exe fix for this similar issue in HPE Support - I'm not sure whether it's applicable to you.
