Jose is right. In any case it might help to stop StoreOnceSoftware service since we've seen cases where the internal housekeeping process stopped for no reason. Please stop the stores first using StoreOnceSoftware --stop_store --name=Store before you run net stop StoreOnceSoftware. If the housekeeper kicks in you should see high disk and CPU activity and hopefully reduced disk usage (over time).
