additional info: with this error below i got a 6 digit number which is exactly 3par System ID [when i converted from hex to decimal] ""Storage systems with following serial numbers are not found on the RMC server"

Licenses are installed on 3par:

Recovery Managers

Recovery Manager Central - Permanent 

Recovery Manager For Vmware Vsphere - Permanent

Virtual Copy - Permanent 

Virtual Lock - Permanent

Remote Copy - Permanent

Question : is there any additional configuration in cell manager for RMC? apart if i just added RMC server configuration through omnidb?
