You will probably have to regenerate your certificate.

And make sure that you add all possible FQDNs for your cell server.

Are you connecting to CS from GUI across domains?

Is your GUI client at the same patch level as CS is?

If nothing works please enable GUI logging and provide “GUI core” log file.
