Re: HP DP Keystore DB error

If you don't use encryption, either DP Software Encryption or LTO hardware

encryption, then it should fine to delete all keystore data.

I'd propose...

In order to make a backup copy of any data in the keystore try the command...
      `omnikeytool -export 2014_01-03_keys.csv -all`

Whether that command works or not continue...

Stop DP `omnisv -stop` (assuming DP is not clustered)
Make a safe filesystem copy of the $OMNIHOME\db40\keystore directory.
Delete everything in the $OMNIHOME\db40\keystore directory.
   Start DP `omnisv -start`
   `omnidbcheck -keystore`    - this makes a new empty keymap.idx file.
   Re try `omnidbcheck -keystore`
If it runs without failure try an IDB backup.

For anyone reading this who does use Encryption, this probably is not
the right process for you, without modification.
