I didin't know that about the EML, lesson learned
What version of Windows are you running on the Media agent where you got the 'devbra' output from?
Looking at the 'devbra' output
Drive(s) SN:
","
","
","
","
I don't know if this is also standard for EML, but, usually, these fields have serial numbers; this is what enables the 'Automatically detect Changed SCSI address' function
When I see something like this, I normally ask that you enable the driver for the Media changer in the Device Manager, so that the SCSI path starts with the word Changer, but, in your case, I don't know if it would make a difference (sometimes, we have to disable the driver, there is no hard and fast rule)
If your Media agent is running on a supported version, open a case with the response center, but, if not, you will probably just need to wait until it is supported
